Line charts on a monitor in a quiet workspace

Northlands teaching studio · GB Cohort 14 opens in October

Most “reactivated” users never left. The dashboard just blinked.

System Routehub is a small United Kingdom studio for people who own lifecycle numbers and are tired of win-back emails counted as revival. We teach analytics for user reactivation that starts with a defensible dormancy window, not a campaign calendar.

People who sat with their own exports

The last-meaningful-action worksheet stopped us labelling weekend shoppers as churned. We still send one win-back, but it now has a reason other than “day 8”.

I wanted a prettier reactivation rate. Harriet would not let us keep averaging push opens into it. The desk felt slow for two weeks, then our board pack got shorter, which I had not asked for.

What we will not teach

Reactivation is not a louder funnel

No day-N superstition

Seven-day and thirty-day cut-offs are calendar artefacts. We train you to argue for windows that match billing, season, and the last action that actually meant the product was in use.

No bribe experiments as proof

Discount codes will move a chart. They do not prove people wanted the product back. Studio work treats paid nudges as contamination, not as a gold-standard test.

No zombie flags

If someone opened the app to cancel, that is not a return. We spend real time on false positives that make lifecycle teams look busy in a Friday review.
